"Remember What We Did in Tennessee?"

Chapter 1

"Don't you even dare!" She growled really low, picking up a shoe; she threw it with all her might at this jerk convincing her once again, that she was wrong.
"You son a bitch! You didn't think I would even know you scheming son of bitch--"

"Lu-Lu!! Lu-Lu you are on some bullshit for real, she's just someone I know from work." He walked around the torn up plaid couch, split in half from an outburst that had started over 45 minutes ago. He came up closer to her, she took a step back. He took another step, look down, then into those wounded blue eyes and filled them with toxic words, "Don't you trust me? After all that we've been through."

He closed in on her in a corner of their shared living room. He was now leaning so close, he was able to form around and grasp her waist with his hand. He then began stroking her face with his other free hand, his thumb prodding against her jawline. He was beginning to plot.
"Don't you see? It doesn't matter because everyone makes mistakes." He stared her down until she let out a tiny gasp. The tears she had wept were now glossing against the shadows of her eyes, she seemed determined to not let go of such doubt.
"Don't look so worried, it makes you look complicated." He said quickly with that smirk he wore so well, she was no fool. Maybe misjudged a situation or two, but anyone could do the same and not be in this for ten years. He had trapped her for good it seemed like.
He chuckled, then leaned in for a kiss. It's too bad this girl, Lu-Lu was scrunching up her face, sick of his back-handed comments and arrogance caused disgust towards his presence. She buttoned up her lips, turned her face to the side. He was only able to get her cheek.
He then grabbed her arms, squeezing them so hard they bruised. He shook her with anger, following "Don't you ever try to be that whole 'I'm playing hard to get' bullshit! You're nobody without me, you hear me?"

She pushed him away, sobbing into her palms, letting the pain sink into her broken heart. She ran into the bathroom, locking the jagged door with no hinge. She slammed the cabinet door above the sink open only to find Tylenol pm's and Pepto-Bismal. She needed something stronger to numb her feelings, because somehow she knew what was going to happen next.
Lu-Lu closed the cabinet again, sobbing harder than before, she sunk into the corner by the toilet. She felt there was nothing, but maybe she could chat with a friendly face. She pulled her cell phone out of her pocket and dialed a number.
"Hey, Steve. It's Lu-Lu...Hi, I was wondering if you would like to go out for drinks. Oh, and do you have an eighth I could buy from you. Sure, sure. I'll see you soon. Buh-bye now." She hung up, half smiling. Okay, so the only friendly face she had was a drug dealer. So what? Not like it's much better where she was. She stood up at started at the mirror. Man, was her make-up smeared.
She pulled a washcloth out of a hamper next to the sink and rinsed it with nuke warm water. She rinsed her face off. Following that she re-applied old make-up and started getting ready to leave. Hopefully soon her "lover" would fall asleep so she could get out of the bathroom.

Just then she heard him on the other side of the door, "Luann Fitzgerald, stop avoiding this conflict and let's talk about this. I really am a good guy, you just got to look at me." He started pestering her.
"Yeah, uh-huh, and I suppose Dena thought so too right, when she said she was getting that 'bomb bomb' activity from you on the couch, the shower, and the kitchen table. I'll be dealing with an actual conflict when it doesn't involve you messing around with other chicks, mmmkay?" She said cuttingly. That was her defense mechanism. She then continued touching up around the eyes, since they were ridiculously red.
"So what is that supposed to mean? Don't you think you're playing the innocent card a little too much. Maybe it's your fault that you are not satisfying me." He was like a pig, didn't even break a sweat with that comeback. "I'm a man, remember? Men ain't sweet or caring." He knocked on the bathroom door very lightly. "C'mon Lu-ann, quit giving me the cold shoulder, you can really be so patronizing."
She half laughed. "All I know is that you ain't gonna hit this as long as you keep treating me like I'm gum at the bottom of your shoe."
Just then he started slamming his body against the door. Lu-ann was startled and sat back down in the corner, gripping the base of the sink. "Adam! Adam stop! Stay out!" She hid for as long as she could, in fear that he was taking her words to his advantage.
He busted the door down. Adam then leaned over and grabbed Lu-Lu's right arm, "Come into the room with me, just for a minute."
"I'm good right now Adam, I just want to go to the store." She continued to cling against the porcelain.
"Man, stop playing games, just come with me. Trust me." He managed to pull her up from the sink, forcefully grabbing her hips and grinding into them. "I know you want this, I'm an attractive guy. Girls would die to be where you are right now." He started playing with her hair, "It's not that I don't care about you, I just hold so much passion for you that it makes me act this way, especially when you're mad at me."
"But you don't give a fu--"
He kissed her, interrupting what she needed to say to stay sane. He then paused only to say, "Shut up." He then picked her up and carried on doing what he did best, even if it was nothing at all.
She waited until he fell asleep. She snuck away, dressed quickly, then got down the fire escape. Her shoes clapped about 23 times before stopping, lighting a nicotine stick, and collectively sorted out her thoughts. Now, she's going to do it. Come up with something and quick.

She made it to the bar, where Steve had been sitting there waiting for her for over 30 minutes. He sighed. He had known Lu-Lu much longer than Adam. Adam was just a creep who kept her around for material purposes. He had dreamt about Lu-Lu seeing him in a new light, because then maybe...She would think twice about going back to that filth.

Super descriptive. It tells a long story by just telling part of the story. Great work.
